چکیده
Grazing disturbance can change the structure of plant rhizosphere microbial communities and thereby alter feedback to promote growth or induce defenses. However, little is known about how such changes occur vary under different grazing pressures roles root metabolites in altering composition communities. In this study, effects on were investigated, mechanisms by which changed microbiomes explored with metabolomics. composition, functions, co-expression networks Under light (LG), some saprophytic fungi, as Lentinus sp., Ramichloridium Ascobolus sp. Hyphoderma significantly enriched, whereas heavy (HG), potentially beneficial rhizobacteria, Stenotrophomonas Microbacterium Lysobacter enriched. The mycorrhizal fungus Schizothecium was enriched both LG HG. Moreover, all microorganisms positively correlated metabolites, including amino acids (AAs), short-chain organic (SCOAs), alkaloids. This suggests that these may be caused differential metabolites. LG, it inferred especially AAs L-Histidine, regulate specific fungi participate material transformations energy cycle growth. Furthermore, help alleviate stress HG improve defenses, system actively regulates synthesis AAs, SCOAs, alkaloids interference, then secretes them growth-promoting rhizobacteria fungi. To summarize, grasses changing response strategies pressure typical grassland ecosystems.

How Does Nitrogen and Irrigation Change the Productivity of Salicornia europaea in Saline Soil?
Glasswort(Salicornia europaea L.) as an important halophyte plant is capable to accumulate NaCl in aboveground part (fully edible) in considerable quantity. To evaluate the effect of irrigation levels and nitrogen fertilizer on the yield of seed and oil, and also harvest index of Glasswort, a split plot experiment was conducted based on randomized complete block design with three replications a...
متن کاملHow does managed grazing affect Wisconsin’s environment?
In Wisconsin, the prevalence of dairy and livestock farming has led to questions about how animal agriculture affects the environment. As of 2003, managed grazing was practiced on 23 percent of Wisconsin dairy farms (Taylor and Foltz 2006). Many farmers who practice managed grazing (graziers) have observed environmental benefits resulting from this management system. What have scientific studie...

“Microbes run the world. It’s that simple.” (Committee on Metagenomics, 2007). Microbial communities make the essential elements of oxygen, carbon, nitrogen, and sulfur available for other life on our planet. Without microbial decomposer communities, life would be smothered in dead organisms. Microorganisms also carry out almost half of the photosynthesis on our planet, increasing oxygen levels...
